Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management (50%)
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of FLS to ensure achievement of recruitment and business targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity through regular reviews and performance tracking.
- Provide field support, joint meetings, and guidance to FLS for improving advisor sourcing.
- Drive compliance, process adherence, and quality hiring standards within the team.
- Identify skill gaps and deliver training interventions to improve FLS capabilities.
2. Individual Contribution – Advisor Recruitment (50%)
- Independently recruit and activate advisors as per assigned monthly targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential advisor candidates through personal sourcing channels.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation of recruited advisors.
- Ensure activation, licensing, and early productivity of personally recruited advisors.
