Key Responsibilities

 

1. Team Management (50%)

 

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of FLS to ensure achievement of recruitment and business targets.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity through regular reviews and performance tracking.
  • Provide field support, joint meetings, and guidance to FLS for improving advisor sourcing.
  • Drive compliance, process adherence, and quality hiring standards within the team.
  • Identify skill gaps and deliver training interventions to improve FLS capabilities.

 

2. Individual Contribution – Advisor Recruitment (50%)

 

  • Independently recruit and activate advisors as per assigned monthly targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential advisor candidates through personal sourcing channels.
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation of recruited advisors.
  • Ensure activation, licensing, and early productivity of personally recruited advisors.
