We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Manager (Agency Channel) to lead advisor recruitment, drive sales activities, and support business growth across our designated locations.The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of insurance sales along with strong leadership and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and activate insurance advisors for the agency channel.Guide, train, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.Generate new business through advisor network and local market initiatives.Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely reporting.Support advisors with sales strategies, customer engagement, and product knowledge.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).Experience: 0-3 years of experience in life insurance sales (agency experience preferred).Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to motivate and manage a team of advisors.Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and fieldwork.Good understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
