Details of the Position Position: Senior Manager
Function / Department: Agency Strategy
Purpose of Role:
Core KPI consist of Driving Business & New Opportunities (organic/ inorganic)
• Studying of Competition Agency/ Direct business model & come up with propose changes in the existing model to remain competitive in the market
• Identify Geography wise & segment wise New market opportunities for recruitment and branch expansion
• New business initiatives like Creating playbook (GMT) for additional business levers - GIFT city/ HNI/ NRI segment, etc
• Build & drive program to ring fence Top Advisors and same to be used as COP to attract recruitment from competition
• Work on cross functional projects & leverage learning to improvise process and additional delta growth

• Identify short, medium and long term business opportunity through analysis of internal and external drivers
• Lead presentation, workshops, and strategic conversations with Senior management & Zonal/ Regional sales team
• Champion experimenting with new model on pilot basis. Basis test result & feedback improvise model/ structure and relaunch in the field
• Introduce new tools, frameworks and methodologies to strengthen our strategic capabilities
• Conduct CUG with Distributor & FLS to get feedback on current model, initiatives & other process. Present the same to senior management & with way forward approach
What you must have?
Proven experience in insurance, consulting or financial services, preferably with exposure to both GI and Life Insurance. Deep understanding of market dynamics and connect with competition players to leverage information/ insights Strong story telling and presentation skills to senior management Combination of soft & technical skills to influence stakeholders
What you need to bring to the table Business Strategy : short, medium & long term strategic initiatives linking with existing/ new model Collaboration: Stakeholder engagement, relationship building and value preposition development Innovation: Newness in various aspect of Channel management. Be it RNR construct, launching new theme, MIS/ Communication to distribution, etc Leverage current trend: Use smart tools, social media platforms and study next Gen behavior both for recruitment and customer acquisition
