Roles & Responsibilities
Discuss and Understand stakeholder requirement and documenting appropriate CR/ BRD for LIFE/ Asia and other peripheral systems related New Products, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims,DOPS,Finance & Customer Service.Interact with internal stakeholder/s.
Understand, gather and analyze the user requirements.Raise change request/ Business requirement and complete sign off
Closure of critical points with stakeholders.
Liaison with IT for development release date.

Skills
Graduates/Post Graduates / B.E - With sound Life Insurance products and process knowledge.
Sound knowledge Life Insurance product and Ops processes is must and should have spent minimum 2 years in Life Insurance. Exposure of writing CR/ BRD for frontend & GROUP/ Asia environment
