JOB PURPOSE

Working with business teams to simplify and improve operations by analyzing practices, then deploying end-to-end solutions encompassing both technology and processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in process analysis, design, and identification of automation opportunities

•Work closely with the business operations and functional teams to understand the end to end to end processes.

•Prepare a business case for the identified automation solution and present it to key stakeholders for approval to initiate development.

•Lead the implementation of the projects by providing business requirements to the developers and ensuring that the process requirements are translated into Automation functionalities.

•Responsible for monitoring and managing the successful implementation of projects.

•Accountable for end-to-end project management along with change management.

•Provide status to key stakeholders on project progress and call out project risks and mitigation plan.

•Identify Trends within Insurance industry to be ahead of the curve

•Support the Business Development teams on all prospect activities that will enable the organization to meet its aggressive growth targets

•Leverage Technology and Process excellence Offerings to create unique and compelling solutions ·

•Drive Transformation agenda for existing stakeholders within Insurance portfolio, including understanding business users/C Suite needs and proposing transformation solutions and ensuring seamless implementation to realize business value

•Effectively coach team to develop the functions objectives including their long term career aspirations

•An ability to work with stakeholders in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into strategies.

•Strong understanding of business practices on the ground

•Analyse stakeholder needs and make them into requirements, act as a bridge between technical and business audiences during solution development

•Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve objectives

•Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders
