Roles & Responsibilities
Should visit 2-3 customer in a day - Reiterating product benefits, promote Auto pay registration & Payment Avenues basis customers requirements from the assigned portfolio.
HNI Management – Handing customer with premium > 1 Lac
Should visit 2 - 3 customer in a day - Reiterating product benefits, promote Auto pay registration & Payment Avenues basis customers’ requirements from the assigned portfolio.
30 number of Renewal calls/day should be done basis on Fresh Cases, Call back, Committed To Pay etc.
Achieving monthly incentive program basis on 12 month IRDA moving block & Revenue enhancement portfolio.
Work closely to strengthen relationship with Advisors/Sales Team/Stake holders/BOE.
Ensure to clear all Renewal requirements within TAT.

Skills
Knowledge of Excel, Access, Ms-Office is a must
Good understanding of Persistency Management / Renewals Management Excellent Excel / Access handling skills
