Role Overview:The FLS will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Generate life insurance business through bank branches assigned.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for premium and policies
.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees to drive referrals.Conduct regular training and engagement sessions for bank staff.
Customer Engagement:Identify customer needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions.Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
.Compliance & Process Adherence:Follow all regulatory and company guidelines during sales.Maintain accurate records of business transactions and customer interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and build relationships.Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.Knowledge of life insurance products and bancassurance operations.
Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (Any discipline).
Experience: 1–3 years in life insurance/banking sales preferred.
