Job Purpose

To recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents and drive business growth through the Agency Channel by achieving sales targets and ensuring quality business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard quality Insurance Advisors as per company guidelines.
• Train and motivate advisors to generate consistent business.
• Drive sales through advisors and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with advisors for customer acquisition.
• Monitor advisor productivity and provide coaching for performance improvement.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Generate leads through local market activities, references, and networking.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Agency Sales, Direct Sales, or Channel Sales.
• Strong sales and team management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
