Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Agency Channel Sales professional to build and manage relationships with channel partners/agents to drive business growth. The role focuses on onboarding partners, driving sales through the agency network, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage agency/channel partners to expand business reach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive consistent sales
- Enable partners through training, product knowledge, and sales support
- Drive revenue growth through the agency/channel network
- Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies and expansion plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Conduct regular partner reviews and performance evaluations
- Resolve partner issues and ensure high satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and branding guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales
- Prior experience handling distributors, agents, or channel partners preferred
