Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Agency Channel Sales professional to build and manage relationships with channel partners/agents to drive business growth. The role focuses on onboarding partners, driving sales through the agency network, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage agency/channel partners to expand business reach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive consistent sales
  • Enable partners through training, product knowledge, and sales support
  • Drive revenue growth through the agency/channel network
  • Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies and expansion plans
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and performance evaluations
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure high satisfaction and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and branding guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales
  • Prior experience handling distributors, agents, or channel partners preferred
