Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager (Agency Channel) to lead advisor recruitment, drive sales activities, and support business growth across our designated locations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of insurance sales along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
•
Recruit, onboard, and activate insurance advisors for the agency channel.
•
Guide, train, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
•
Generate new business through advisor network and local market initiatives.
•
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely reporting.
•
Support advisors with sales strategies, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
•
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
•
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
•
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in life insurance sales (agency experience preferred).
•
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
•
Ability to motivate and manage a team of advisors.
•
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and fieldwork.
•
Good understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
